OUR STORY
National Reinforced Concrete (NRC) is a specialist structures contractor providing clients with a single source solution for all their concrete structural needs. At National, we specialise in detailed earthworks, formwork, reinforcing fixing, PT and concrete placement, servicing the commercial, industrial, mining civil and defence sectors.
NRC was established in 2015 by brothers, Alan and Charlie Boland, and is a fully Australian owned private company based in Western Australia.

RESOURCES
Systems
At NRC, we utilise several key systems to ensure the smooth operation of our Business and to ensure sustainable growth is achieved. We utilise dedicated software systems for Health and Safety, Estimating, Accounts, Administration, Project Planning and Programming to ensure continuity and consistency across our projects in the company.
Training
We have a strong commitment to ongoing employee training and development both by our administration/office staff but also the on-site teams. We currently have apprentices employed.
We conduct both in-house and external training of our workforce to ensure our staff have the most up to date and safest practices possible. All individual training and licencing records are kept on all employees.
Plant & Equipment
NRC’s range of company owned plant and equipment is extensive and allows us the flexibility to concurrently deliver a large range of projects. Our ability to deliver doesn’t depend on the availability of hire equipment and key subcontractors due to owning our own equipment.
